Mishkan (Chapel)

“Mishkhan” means “dwelling place” and it’s used throughout the Tanakh for the place where God dwells with His people. At Camp Kesher, we want to draw near to each other, but most importantly to draw near to God—to dwell in His Presence. So, every evening throughout the week, everyone at camp gathers together at Mishkhan for a time of singing songs of praise and worship, traditional Davidic dancing, and to hear the Word of God explained and applied to our lives. All the messages follow a common theme for the week, and are tailored to speak to our campers during this special, formative time in their lives.
